Masterson’s Lounge, situated in the center of Moonee Ponds , brands itself as a fashionable, contemporary hangout, but my unfortunate encounter at this establishment became a nightmarish ordeal . While the bar may seem appealing from the exterior , what I experienced behind its doors was disturbing and far below any standard .

The State of Affairs: Squalid and Disregarded
From the moment I entered , it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority at this establishment . The ground was covered in grime , and a overpowering stench of stale beer and uncleaned toilets suffused the entire pub. Emitting a scent of a mixture of excrement , a rotting odor and sour vomit . The serving zone , which should be the primary feature of any pub, was overflowing with soiled cups and litter that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks . The toilet was in even a more revolting state — backed up, with a snapped lever and walls covered in what I can only assume was human excrement .

It wasn’t just a rare instance either. From reading other reviews and talking to people around , it seems that the state of cleanliness (or lack thereof) at this pub is a recurring complaint. Many customers have reported observing cockroaches darting across the counter and proof of vermin in the adjoining rooms. For a business that offers beverages , these issues are entirely inappropriate and raise serious concerns about the quality of the food and drinks .

As I investigated further , I was horrified to find allegations against him involving predatory behavior , with multiple women alleging that he of sending unsolicited explicit content .
